The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication

4. The author submits to the editors a manuscript in electronic form, issued in the \(\LaTeX2ε~\) publishing system using our templates. He can do it by e-mail or online Submissions.

The structure of the abstract should reflect the sections of the article and contain the main scientific results obtained in the submitted paper. References in the abstract are not allowed. Those of you who have no unique identifying ORCID, should receive it by registering on the site http://orcid.org.  The procedure is free of charge and takes about 30 seconds. If you have other identifiers (for example, Scopus, ResearcherID or LinkedIn), please, connect them with the ORCID. It can be done in the personal ORCID account.

11. List of references should be provided by authors. Bibliography is made up in the BibLatex/Biber format.

12.  An obligatory requirement: the bibliography must be presented in Roman script.
